Abhi Duhan

Customer Service Representative
Abhimanyu Duhan was born in the city of Jind in Haryana, India. Abhi completed high school there and after graduation went on to study for a Bachelors’ of Computer Application via Panjab University in Chandigarh, his state’s capital.

Whilst studying Abhi first worked for a small IT company, assembling computers and providing customer support for their client’s IT related queries. From here he then went to work for Convergys, as a customer service specialist for the European Telco giant Orange, handling a variety of inbound calls and customer queries.

Seeking international exposure for his studies and work experience, Abhi decided to move to New Zealand to complete a Post-Grad Diploma in Information Science at Massey University. Software Engineering is his current specialty.

An award-winning participant in multiple debates and speech competitions, Abhi has a natural way with words. Combining his experience of top-notch customer service, with his passion, diplomacy and skills in rapport-building, he has a natural flair for sales and customer service.

Abhi has travelled extensively across the Indian subcontinent, involved with several charities to increase funds for children’s education in rural india; in particular computer literacy and development, as he believes this is a crucial skill in an increasingly interconnected and computer-based world.
